Andy Jones

Andy is a respected human resource generalist whose corporate career spanned 23 years taking in senior HR roles within prominent service companies known for their excellent approach to service and focus on business excellence and performance.

His achievements were recognised in 1992 by his selection as first Personnel Manager of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Andy has worked independently over the past twelve years supporting a broad range of private and public sector clients on a wide range of development activities including the NHS Breaking Through Programme.

Lynne Jones

Lynne’s career has been pursued almost exclusively within the NHS starting in Hospitals where she rose to become a director of an NHS Trust. Her experience ranges from communications including media relations, complaints and medico-legal claims, clinical and administrative staff management and training, to managing an outpatients’ department and appointments bureau, and troubleshooting operational issues.

More recently Lynne has been involved in primary care, managing a rural dispensing practice involved in the developments that include Practice Based Commissioning, the Quality and Outcomes Framework (for which she is an assessor) and the Dispensary Services Quality Scheme.

Lynne is a member and registered marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
